Look At Your Strategy 

If you are not strategic, you’ll be fire fighting every month.

You’ll be spending more time putting out fires than you are bringing in great new business.  You’ll be worrying about the same problems and probably finding there’s too much month at the end of the money.

However, if you have a strategy and a system that every month moves clients into your current low revenue generating part of your business, you’ll soon boost revenue and profits.  You will have predictably, reliably and systematically escaped the revenue rollercoaster.

Be More Analytical 

An important, yet often overlooked aspect of getting off the revenue rollercoaster is being more analytical.

It’s time to know every aspect of your business inside and out.

Analyse your client spend, your client demographics and your client psychographics.  Know your marketing results.  Most importantly, know what problem you’re analysing and know what success looks like.

Find the patterns, find over looked opportunities.  Know when people will buy, how long it take to make a decision and base your marketing and communication on fact, not fanciful fiction.

Being analytical, pinpointing the overlooked opportunities and creating a marketing and communication plan will reap rewards.

Develop Systems

Every profitable business has systems that are converting prospects to clients and clients to raving fans.

If you wrinkle your nose at the thought of systems, or baulk because your business is creative, here’s the truth…

Business systems free your creativity.

No longer will your thinking be constrained by solving the same problem every month.  Instead the system will be working for you, freeing your time to do what you love most.
