Nothing goes wrong in one big step. It drifts. A hundred 1% shifts, stacked on top of each other, until today's problem is sitting in front of you. I reverse-engineer the drift until I find where it started and it's rarely operational.
When we find the source and solve the right problem, the business becomes sustainably high performing with higher profit and happier people.
