As part of your Joyful Profits Process, you and your team will meet an adviser for one to two hours on a regular basis. The length of the engagement will be assessed and agreed during the initial analysis and depends of the depth of the work, the elements in focus and the desired outcome, but one engagement typically lasts between six to eight meetings.
As a personalised and configurable framework, the first step is creatng clarity on the current situation and the desired outcome to identify the most important elements to infuse into your business. Depending upon the number of people in your team (employed or outsourced) the process typically takes between 6-24 months. You can expect to see results early in the process.
For smaller businesses requiring a deep dive and rapid transformation Get It Done is a three day intensive where after the initial analysis and creating visceral clarity, we roll up our sleeves and unlock your business’s true potential creating the remarkable business you desire and joyful profits.
