Stillpoint
For women who lead, influence and create change
Stillpoint is Gail Biddulph’s practical inner-leadership work for women who want to develop the steadiness, clarity and depth from which they lead, decide and influence. Evolved from her earlier work, Stillpoint Leadership, it brings together practical nervous system regulation, meditation, breath, embodied awareness and more than 25 years of commercial experience.
It is a place to step beyond the noise of constant thought, responsibility and expectation. Instead of the sense of withdrawing from the world, Stillpoint enables you to meet it differently.
Calm and clear. Focused and decisive. Without force.
Leaders who are calm and focused feel the rhythm of their company and create changes that stick.

There Is More Available to You
You may already have explored personal development, yoga, meditation or breathwork.
You may have achieved a great deal in the outer world and still feel drawn towards something deeper: a richer understanding of yourself, a clearer connection with what you know and a more conscious way of using your influence.
You may also be carrying more than other people realise.
Decisions. People. Possibility. Responsibility. The emotional weight of rooms in which others always look to you for direction, decisions or guidance.
Stillpoint is for the woman who wants to embrace that rather than seeking an escape. She wants to meet it from a place within herself that is more focused, steady, quieter, wiser and less easily pulled off course.
Most advisers work primarily with one part of the picture: the leader, the strategy or the operation. Gail works across the connections between all three.
A founder’s inner state influences how they communicate and decide. Those decisions affect the team and how work is carried out. The resulting performance then feeds back into the owner’s pressure, confidence and clarity.
Stillpoint helps the leader work with their internal condition consciously, supporting clearer decisions, stronger relationships and a more resilient business without treating the person and the company as separate systems.
The result is not just a better leader. It is a measurably stronger, more profitable, more resilient business and the owner who leads it with authority rather than exhaustion.
What Is Stillpoint?
Stillpoint is the inner place from which clear thought, conscious action and meaningful influence become possible.
It is also a practical discipline.
Through training of focused attention, breath, meditation, embodied awareness, silence and teachings drawn from ancient wisdom, human experience and the natural world, Stillpoint develops your ability to notice what is happening within you before it unconsciously shapes what happens around you.
This matters because your inner state is never entirely private.
It affects what you notice and what you overlook. It influences your judgement, your conversations, the energy you bring into a room and the way other people experience your leadership.
Your state shapes what you notice.
What you notice shapes your decisions.
Your decisions shape the world around you.
Stillpoint creates the space in which a different choice becomes available.
Stillpoint and Leadership
Leadership begins in the internal condition from which you enter the room. Leadership begins before you speak.
Pressure can narrow attention, accelerate thought and make urgency feel like direction or clarity. It can alter the tone of a conversation before a word has been consciously chosen.
A steady inner centre does not remove difficult decisions or uncomfortable realities, but it changes how you meet them.
Within Stillpoint, nervous system regulation means recognising when pressure has moved you into an automatic response and using practical day-to-day breath, attention, posture, movement and embodied awareness to recover enough steadiness to choose what happens next.
It is about developing the awareness and practical ability to return to yourself when your internal state begins to shape your decisions, conversations or influence without your conscious permission. We are real and experienced in running companies and know it is simply not possible to remain calm all the time. Stillpoint gives you the practical tools for resilience and quicker recovery.
Stillpoint helps women develop:
- Greater clarity when the mind feels full
- Awareness of automatic reactions and habitual patterns
- More space between an event and the response it produces
- A steadier presence during difficult conversations
- The capacity to remain connected to themselves while holding responsibility for others
- Deeper trust in their own judgement
- Influence that does not depend upon force
- The ability to return to themselves when life or leadership pulls them away
Stillpoint provides the tools and the knowing of how to return to clarity when calm is not readily available.
The Business and the Human Being Leading It
Gail works with the business and the human being leading it.
Stillpoint develops the clarity, steadiness and presence from which the owner leads. The Source Solution identifies the underlying condition creating pressure or restricting performance. The two are distinct but connected.
Join the Weekly Stillpoint
Stillpoint is a live weekly online experience for women who want to deepen their inner practice and bring what they discover into the way they live, lead and influence. We connect the business problems and explore the inner human solution and more importantly how to change results in a very practical way.
We meet on Zoom for 60 minutes each week.
Every gathering provides a place to pause, reconnect and think more clearly about a situation that's sapping your time and energy. Sessions may include practical business problems and how we can use our inner power to influence resolve alongside the practical things that need to change. We may draw on very specific mind mastery techniques, focused awareness, breath, guided solution focused inner practice, silence and reflection, with the key that every practice is uniquely linked back to your business life.
This is not a course to complete or another task to perform well.
It is your continuing practice: a regular return to the part of you that can see more clearly when the surface noise begins to settle.
No previous experience of meditation or yoga is required. If you already have an established practice, Stillpoint offers a different space in which to deepen it and connect it more consciously with leadership, influence and everyday life.

It creates space for shared enquiry, deeper practice and meaningful connection with other women carrying responsibility, possibility and influence.
Private Stillpoint
Private Stillpoint is confidential, individually designed work for a woman navigating sustained pressure, significant change, consequential decisions or a deeper personal threshold.
Why Gail Biddulph Created Stillpoint
Gail Biddulph is a strategic business adviser who trained as a business psychologist and is a former director of a national law firm. For more than 25 years, she has worked with business owners and leadership teams to identify the underlying human, commercial and operational conditions affecting growth, performance and business value.
She has built, scaled and sold four companies of her own and has helped clients achieve more than £500 million in revenue improvement. Her experience spans business growth, leadership, operations, succession, merger, acquisition and sale. She understands from lived experience what it takes to build a successful business, carry responsibility for other people and make consequential decisions under pressure.
Throughout that commercial career, Gail repeatedly observed that strategy and execution cannot be separated from the internal condition of the person leading them. Attention, physiology, emotion, energy and nervous system state affect what a leader notices, how they communicate, the decisions they make and what subsequently happens throughout the business.
Alongside her commercial experience sits a long-standing depth of study and practice in meditation, breath, yoga, energy, emotion and human behaviour. Gail is an Advanced Yoga Practitioner, Meditation Master Teacher and Breathwork Master Coach. Her work is also informed by decades of studying ancient teachings, nature and the connections between our inner condition and the effect we have on the world around us.
Stillpoint was created at the intersection of those two worlds.
It is not business advice with a little meditation added. Nor is it a wellbeing practice made more commercially acceptable by attaching it to leadership.
Stillpoint brings together deep inner work and hard-earned commercial intelligence. It helps women develop the internal clarity, steadiness and presence needed to lead, grow and influence without losing themselves in the process.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is Stillpoint?
Stillpoint is Gail Biddulph’s practical body of work for developing the inner clarity, steadiness and presence from which women live, lead and influence. It draws upon meditation, breath, focused attention, embodied awareness, silence and deeper teachings.
If you are ready to lead with greater clarity, stronger results and less personal cost and you want to work with someone who understands the full picture, then let's talk privately.
There is no pitch and no pressure. Just a focused conversation about where you are, what is getting in the way and whether this is the right fit.
Who is Stillpoint for?
Stillpoint is for thoughtful women who lead, influence or create change. It is particularly relevant to women carrying significant responsibility who want to deepen their inner understanding and bring greater clarity and consciousness to their outer work.
Do I need to be a business owner?
No. Stillpoint is for women whose decisions, presence or work affect other people. This includes business owners and leaders, but also professionals, advisers, teachers, creators and changemakers.
Is Stillpoint a meditation class?
Meditation or commanding your mind is part of Stillpoint, but Stillpoint is broader than a conventional meditation class. It connects inner practice with attention, judgement, relationships, leadership and influence.
Do I need experience of yoga or meditation?
No. You can join without any previous experience. Women with an existing yoga or meditation practice are equally welcome and may find that Stillpoint helps them explore its relevance to leadership and everyday life more deeply.
What role does nervous system regulation play in Stillpoint?
Nervous system regulation is one element of Stillpoint. Through breath, attention, posture, movement and embodied awareness, women learn to recognise activation and return to a state from which they can think, decide and respond more deliberately.
What is included in the membership?
Membership includes a live 60-minute Zoom gathering every week, recordings of each gathering and access to the complete recording library through the private member hub.
Can I attend a single session?
No. Stillpoint is offered as a monthly membership rather than on an ad-hoc basis. The weekly rhythm and access to the wider library are an important part of the experience.
How much does Stillpoint cost?
Stillpoint membership is £25 per month, including VAT.
You can cancel at any time.
What is the difference between Stillpoint and The Source Solution?
Stillpoint develops the inner clarity, steadiness and presence from which a person leads. The Source Solution identifies and resolves the underlying commercial, operational or human condition creating pressure or restricting performance within a business.
Begin at Stillpoint
You do not need to wait until life becomes quieter.Stillpoint is how you begin to find the focus and quiet within yourself while life, leadership and change continue around you.
“They speak of conscious leadership… but what they’re really seeking is a calm, regulated core they can trust again.”
What Other Leaders Are Saying About Gail
Gail created a shift in me very quickly. After our initial session, I felt less scattered and much clearer. Following a team meeting one of my team said I had greater presence, more certainty, and held my position more confidently. I didn't expect anyone to notice, but that created a ripple effect and the team dynamic shifted immediately as everyone started to work together.
Peace. Power. Profit.
Fix the source. Everything else follows.
