Three women meet picking up where they left off, even though it’d been more than a year. Warm hearts, warm drinks and the kind of conversation that starts as “a catch up” and turns into a little portal. You know the ones.
Picture this… A winter sky that’s still deciding what colour it wants to be. And the sort of cold air that makes everything feel sharper including our thoughts, laughter and possibility.
Somewhere between the second wave of laughter and the “go on then, imagine this…” a scene arrived fully formed. It wasn’t an idea, it was a fully formed movie we all saw as if we were recounting a memory event.
Three white stallions, Lipizzaner of course, because they’re renowned for their grace, eagerness to learn and spirited nature as well as their courage, toughness and stamina. Full gallop, hooves hitting sand like thunder and sea spray exploding into the sun light like a million diamonds. Hair everywhere. Freedom everywhere.
And us lovely ladies?
We are riding. Apparently wearing nothing but a little bit of chiffon and bronzer… which tells you everything you need to know about the mood!
Not “tidy success”. Not restrained and respectable ambition. But that wild, feminine, unbothered kind of prosperity that says: I didn’t build all this just to feel trapped.
Susan and Jenny were right there in it with me creating and embellishing as if we were storyboarding the real version of success. The one nobody even knows how to put on a KPI dashboard.
In that moment, here’s what struck me:
That image wasn’t random. It was revelation.
Because your mind doesn’t offer you scenes like that unless something in you is ready to remember a truth you’ve been overriding:
Success is meant to feel like freedom, not like force.
Now, if you’re wondering what prompted this great creation here’s the official timestamp.
According to Chinese Zodiac the Year of the Horse begins in mid-February 2026. But the gallop? The gallop starts the moment you decide you’re done dragging your life uphill.
So here’s what that beach-stallion vision really showed me…
2026 is your Year of the Horse. Not because the calendar says so, but because you’re done dragging success uphill in heavy boots. It’s time for a cleaner ride.
Impact on Peace
Peace is not “a day off”. Peace is not passive. Peace is internal safety and the driver of success.
A horse can feel a rider’s tension. So can your team, your clients, your suppliers and your colleagues at a networking event.
And your inbox also sees the tension, the anxiety and stress. Stress isn’t something you manage, it’s something you dismantle at the root.
And dismantling starts with this: stop leading breathless. Irrespective of whether you are leading a team you are always leading yourself and creating your life. So breathe the way you want to live and lead the way you want to live.
Impact on Power
Power isn’t push. Power is your ability to choose your pace.
The rider doesn’t fight the horse, they communicate. The calmer and clearer their communication the more effortless the ride and the greater the exchange of universal love. The beautiful spiral of upward shining, sparkling focus and the drive forward with precision. That’s what true authority looks like: calm, clear, clean. Or, as I’d put it “clarity is my compass.”
Impact on Profit
Profit is not the prize for suffering.
Profit is the silent applause of a job well done and the result of:
- better decisions
- cleaner positioning
- calmer delivery
- fewer leaks
- higher standards
- and leadership that doesn’t wobble under pressure.
Have you ever noticed it always the little things that have greater results. You may be familiar with The Pareto Principle or 80/20 Rule that observes roughly 80% of results come from 20% of your effort. The very essence of my principle of “little hinges swing big doors.”
In 2026, your “little hinge” might be one brave boundary, one price correction, one elegant offer, one regular removal of friction.
Impact on Purpose
Purpose isn’t a mission statement.
Purpose is what you feel when you’re moving in the right direction without betraying yourself to get there. The horse image is purpose with a pulse: freedom, joy, aliveness and the dignity of love and speed. So here’s a tiny “Saddle Up” prompt for you.
Close your eyes for 20 seconds and with your minds voice ask yourself:
If my business is to feel the freedom and purpose of a galloping stallion:
What would I stop doing immediately?
Then: what would I simplify?
Then: what would I start?
Then: what would I finally claim as true about my value?
The true view always returns, but only if you stop spinning in circles like an untamed stallion
