We know exercise is good for us.  And during our WalkShops, NetWalks and Private Walking Mentoring  we purposefully connect wellbeing and wealth. 

Walking has a positive impact on the nervous system, allowing the release of stress and balance dysregulation through body movement as you walk.

We organise regular netwalking events in the north west and North Wales, with feature events further afield.  

  • City Walks - bite sized around town walks to stretch your legs and learn something new.

  • Mountains or Moorlands - immersed in glorious scenery and back to nature with exercise boosting enforphins.
