But in today’s fast-paced, tech-heavy society, we often by-pass our bodies’ built-in capabilities.  Breath: the most powerful mechanism is literally right beneath our noses waiting to be explored, yet we rarely give it more than a passing thought.

Conscious breathing is a powerful and safe way to infuse the body with oxygen and energy, recharging our own (often depleted) systems to work to their healing capacity. It facilitates openings to higher levels of consciousness, allowing us to tap into our deeper resources and live our lives joyfully and in abundance.

With Breathwork we can enjoy optimum mental health, emotional clarity and experience an ever-deepening relationship with ourselves. It’s the means by which we can embark upon the ultimate journey: the one where we discover who we really are. It can also facilitate the growth needed in order for us to transform into who we’re capable of becoming.

Gail encourages you to explore Breathwork as a healing modalitiy for many mental and emotional challenges.  

A private, 1-1 session includes an initial consultation so you session can be tailored to address your specific needs.  

1-1 sessions take place in-person in Cheshire or where you are by arrangement or can be conducted online via Zoom. 

These sessions are ideal if you want to explore the power of yoru breath or go deeper with any specific issues.  

Gail includes practical integration of breath so you master the power of your breath when you need it most.  

You will have Gail's undivided attention for 90 minutes on-line or 120 minutes in person.
